Thomas Christenbury
Partner, Financial Advisor
Tom Christenbury has been a Registered Representative and fiduciary advisor in the financial services industry for more than 42 years. As a hybrid advisor, Tom is licensed with LPL Financial—holding Series 7, 63, and 52 securities registrations—and serves as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Strategic Asset Services under his Series 65 license. This dual registration allows him to offer both brokerage and fiduciary advisory services, providing clients with flexible and comprehensive planning solutions. His insurance credentials include Life and Annuity licenses in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Texas (NIPR #5935130; TN License #666708), supporting a truly holistic approach to wealth and retirement planning.
With 23 years of institutional bond sales and trading experience, Tom brings a market perspective that few advisors possess. This background has given him deep insight into fixed-income strategies, risk management, and economic cycles—expertise that enhances the guidance he provides to individuals, families, and corporate plans seeking stability and long-term stewardship.
Over the course of his career, Tom has built a respected advisory practice grounded in long-term relationships, multigenerational planning, and service through life’s most meaningful transitions. He incorporates a wealth of experience in structuring securities portfolios using equities, bonds, and other investment instruments, enabling him to design customized strategies that support both growth and preservation objectives. Tom believes that during moments of major life change—retirement, the loss of a spouse, financial restructuring, or generational wealth transfer—clients need leadership, empathy, clarity, and steady guidance from someone they trust. His practice philosophy emphasizes integrity, thoughtful coaching, and helping clients pursue the goals that matter most in their personal, professional, and financial lives.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas in 1983. Throughout his four decades in the profession, he has advised diverse client groups with a consistent focus on education, long-term planning, and financial confidence.
He and his wife divide their time between Memphis and Heber Springs, Arkansas, and have two adult children. Outside of advising, Tom is active in community service—volunteering with nonprofit organizations supporting the unhoused and individuals with disabilities—and enjoys outdoor activities and time with family in the Arkansas Ozarks.
